Bernadette Nel-Naude currently resides in the Nelson Mandela Metro. This mother of four has been working in the security industry for the last 17 years.

With a strong sales and marketing background she also trades her high heels and suits for a bulletproof and safety shoes, as she works operationally on the ground with the armed response team.

Bernadette is passionate about the empowerment of women, children and the elderly and spends most of her time in the community empowering people on how to safeguard themselves.

Bernadette is extremely excited to join the team at Fidelity ADT. With a large business footprint and passionate people, she believes that working together as a collective a massive impact will be made in the Eastern Cape and more people can be reached and empowered in their personal, home and business security and safety.

When she is not working you will find her in the ocean surfing, snorkelling or in the gym working out, as a healthy lifestyle is important to her.

Bernadette sits on multiple crime forums, works closely with the SAPS and is driven by a purpose to make a difference in her community and to leave a legacy for her children.

She urges the community to get involved, to take accountability in their personal safety and to report crime, because together we are stronger.

Nel-Naude joined the Fidelity Family as Fidelity ADT’s branch manager for Jeffreys Bay on 1 September 2022. Her main role is to grow the company in the community.
