Fidelity ADT’s Durban branch were recently awarded two Golden Arrow Awards for ‘the security company doing the most to combat crime’ and for ‘the best security company’ in PMR.africa’s Leaders and Achievers survey.

The awards were presented at the Fidelity ADT Pinetown offices on Tuesday, 27 October. The coveted PMR Diamond and Golden Arrow awards represent effectiveness, excellence, leadership, and resilience and indicate customer service and satisfaction within the business industry. The awards are an indicator of a company’s core competencies, including the acknowledgement of the company’s personnel and staff, as it is well known that behind every successful company is a solid team. Award winners not only gain recognition in the industry but enhance their credibility, which is an advantage when it comes to customers choosing a preferred service provider.
