The campaign offers newly signed up customers no month’s free service but rather 6 months feels upfront payout into their account once their first successful debit order has been successfully processed.
This offer is only valid for new signed up Fidelity ADT customers only, and excludes rented alarm offers either through the Fidelity ADT Authorised Dealer program, or the Fidelity ADT Direct sales teams, any staff member or direct family member of any employee of the Fidelity Services Group.

1. How long is this offer valid for?
This offer is only valid for NEW signed up customers who sign a 36-month valid contract. Excludes any rented contracts. Valid from 1 October 2024 – 30 November 2024
2. What contract must the customer sign?
An installation fee may apply if additional equipment is needed to have the existing system operational or if a new system is needed to provide the service. Subject to signing a 36-month contract at standard terms and conditions.
New customers must sign a 36-month Monitoring and Armed Response contract through Fidelity ADT

3. Do all customers get 3 months free service?
No, no free months are offered on this special.
Offers that are excluded are any rented alarm system offers, either through the Fidelity ADT Authorised Dealer program, or the Fidelity ADT Direct sales team or specials such as the Table View 6 months payout Special.
4. I signed a 12-month contract, can I still get free service?
No, the offer is subject to signing of a 36-month contract
5. Can I cancel my existing contract and sign up for a new contract to get this offer?
No, the offer is limited to NEWLY signed up Fidelity ADT customers.
Existing Fidelity ADT customers are bound by the contractual obligations as set out in their signed contract. If their existing contract is still valid, the customer cannot cancel and sign a new one to take up this offer. If the customer has moved a new contact may be signed. A returning customer (reconnection/relocation) is eligible for this offer.
6. What are the details around the cashback?
Sign a new 36-month agreement with FADT and receive 6 months instalments back into your account after first debit order has successfully cleared.
7. How will the cash back be paid and when?
The 6 months will be transferred back into your account with the bank details provided when signing the contract, this will happen within 14 days of your first successful debit order being collected. A successful debit order means that the first monthly instalment debit order must be collected and reflect in FADT account before we will release the 6 months credit into customers account.
8. How many customers can take up this offer?
Only available to the first 50 new Fidelity ADT customers that sign a new Fidelity ADT service agreement in the designated Table View area.
9. General
This offer excludes any Fidelity Services Group staff or direct family member of any employee of the Fidelity Services Group.
