Armed response officers in Wellington were called to assist this morning (Friday 21 October) when an unknown person gained access to a property without consent. “We were alerted by the home owner and sent two officers to investigate. By the time they arrived the suspect had already fled,” explains Warren Cassisa, Paarl branch manager at Fidelity ADT. A description was given and this helped the officers tracked down the suspect before he was handed over to Wellington SAPS for questioning.
