Fidelity Services Group and Hi-Tech Security are pleased to announce a strategic partnership that will strengthen security services across the Lowveld, providing customers with enhanced protection through the combined resources, expertise, and operational capacity of both businesses.
Effective 1 August 2026, Fidelity ADT will assume responsibility for the monitoring and armed response services provided to Hi-Tech Security customers in the Lowveld, including Mbombela (Nelspruit), White River, Sabie, Hazyview, Kanyamazane, and Matsulu.
The partnership will provide customers with access to South Africa’s largest integrated security and risk solutions provider, offering increased visibility, faster response capabilities, and enhanced operational support while maintaining the trusted local relationships customers have built with Hi-Tech Security.
According to Wahl Bartmann, Group CEO of Fidelity Services Group, the partnership comes at a time when collaboration and scale are becoming increasingly important in combating crime.

Customers can be assured that the transition has been carefully planned to ensure continuity of service. Importantly:
- Existing Hi-Tech Security management will remain actively involved in the business
- Customers will continue to have direct access to the Director and management team of Hi-Tech Security
- Security officers and armed response personnel will continue to operate within the same communities they currently serve
- There will be no increase in monthly service fees during 2026.
- Customers will continue to contact Hi-Tech Security for alarm activations, security emergencies, and the reporting of suspicious activity.
