Police have arrested two suspects after they allegedly tried to burgle a home on Albert Road in Hout Bay recently (Tuesday 28 September 2021, just after 8am). “One of our armed response officers was busy doing patrols along Main Road, when he heard a report on the WatchCon radio network about a burglary in progress at an address close by,” explains Mr Jade Hanning, Western Cape general manager for Fidelity ADT. “The officer made his way to the address, where he found two response vehicles already on the scene.” One of the alleged suspects was caught outside the home, while another suspect was located inside the roof of the building. Both were handed over into the custody of Hout Bay SAPS.
